Tactimetry provides a Google Ads footprint analysis tool that scrapes public data from Google's Transparency Center.

Intellectual Property

• Reports generated are owned by the user who requested them
• Tactimetry retains IP over the service itself, algorithms, and UI

Limitation of Liability

• Service provided "as is" without warranty
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to amount paid ($499 for Launch Pack)
