We collect the following data when you use Tactimetry:

• Your website URL (to scrape Google Ads Transparency Center data)
• Your email address (to unlock reports)
• IP address and user agent (for ops visibility, fraud detection; not displayed in any user-facing surface)
• UTM parameters and referrer (for funnel analysis)

How we use your data

• Generate your Google Ads footprint report
• Send you a copy of your report (when email delivery is enabled)
• Analyze funnel performance and channel quality
• Detect and prevent abuse

Your rights (GDPR minimum)

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Portability: Receive your data in CSV format

Data retention

Data is retained indefinitely during v1.1 validation period. Post-validation retention policy TBD.

Third parties

No data is sold to third parties. Data is processed by:

• Neon (Postgres hosting)
• Vercel (hosting + serverless functions)
• Anthropic (LLM API)
